The woman accused of keeping nearly 700 dogs and other animals at her Pine Bluff Kennels in Lyles, Tenn., was indicted Monday on charges of animal cruelty.

A new black bear sighting in Middle Tennessee has wildlife officials on alert. There have been several sightings thus far this year in Hickman, Cannon and Cheatham counties.

While on early morning patrol this week, a corporal with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office saw some suspicious activity.
